Herzlichen Glückwunsch Papa - Happy Birthday dad

Am Donnerstag hatte mein Vater Geburtstag und wir haben mit der Familie gefeiert. Da das Wetter gut war, konnten wir grillen und den Abend gemütlich im Garten verbringen. Es war wirklich eine schöne Feier.

On Thursday was my fathers birthday and we celebrated it with the family. Because the weather was good we had a barbecue and spend the evening comfortably in the garden. It was really a nice celebration.

Schnelles Abendessen - Fast dinner

Heute bin ich sehr hungrig nach Hause gekommen. Schnell im Kühlschrank nachgeschaut, was da noch so drin ist. Nudeln kochen, Hackfleisch anbraten, dann Tomatensoße dazu und fertig ist das schnelle Abendessen. Und geschmeckt hat es auch! ;o)

Today I came home very hungry. A fast look in the refrigerator what's still left there. Boiling noodles, roasting gently the ground meat, then tomato sauce on top of it and the fast dinner is ready. And it also tasted! ;o)

Neue Bettwäsche, Tischdecke und Gardine - New bedlinen, tablecloth and curtain

Nach einer kleinen Blogpause möchte ich euch heute einige neue Dinge zeigen. Ich konnte einfach nicht nein sagen und habe mir diese wunderschöne und romantische Bettwäsche gekauft. Außerdem noch eine kleine Tischdecke mit Schmetterlingen und eine neue Gardine für das Küchenfenster.
After a small Blogpause, I would like to show you some new things today. I could simply not say no and bought me this beautiful and romantic bedlinen. Furthermore, another small tablecloth with butterflies and a new curtain for the kitchenwindow.

Neue Kerzen und Porzellan - New candles and porcelain

Heute ist mal wieder eine Kerzenlieferung eingetroffen. Dieses mal habe ich mir ausser Yankee Candle auch welche von Bridgewater bestellt. Die ganze Wohnung duftet! Außerdem habe ich bei unserem Einkaufsbummel am Wochenende noch diese zwei kleinen Auflaufformen und die bunten Tassen für kleines Geld gefunden.

Today once more a candle delivery has arrived. This time I've ordered besides Yankee Candle also some from Bridgewater. The whole apartment smells! Moreover, I've found those two small soufflé forms and the nice coloured cups during our shopping stroll at the weekend for little money.

Sommergarten - Summer garden

Ich habe den nachmittag bei meiner Freundin verbracht und einige Bilder von ihrem Garten gemacht. Ist er nicht herrlich?! Wenn ihr die Bilder vergrößert könnt ihr auf einigen kleine Libellen sehen. Davon gibt es dort sehr viele, da sie einen kleinen Teich mit Bachlauf hat.

I've spent the afternoon with my friend and took some pictures of her garden. Isn't it marvellous?! If you enlarge the pictures you can see on some small dragonflies. There are many of them, because she has a small pond with stream course.

Hungrig? - Hungry?

Hungrig? Dann habe ich etwas für euch. Gegrilltes Fleisch, natürlich schön angerichtet und einen hausgemachten Kartoffelsalat, angemacht mit etwas Brühe, Pfeffer, Salz, kleinen Cherry Tomaten, gekochten Eier, Fleischwurst, Frühlingszwiebeln und etwas frischem Basilikum. Schmeckt sehr frisch und lecker, da er ohne Mayonaise gemacht ist.

Hungry? Then I have something for you. Grilled meat, of course nicely arranged and a homemade potato salad, attached with some broth, pepper, salt, small cherry tomatoes, cooked eggs, pork sausage, spring onions and a little bit fresh basil. Tastes very freshly and delicious, because it's made without Mayonaise.

Viele Blumen und ein wirklich süßer Hund- Lots of flowers and a real sweet dog

Hier noch mal einige Blumenimpressionen aus dem Garten. Der Hund auf den Fotos gehört meiner Cousine. Sie ist wirklich süß, kaum sieht sie eine Kamera, setzt sie sich sofort in Position. Eben ein richtiges "Model". ;o)

Here once more some flower impressions from the garden. The dog on the photos belongs to my cousin. She is really sweet, hardly she sees a camera, she immediately brings herself in position. Just like a real "model ". ; o)

Grillen mit der Familie - Barbecue with the family

Gestern war sehr schönes Wetter und wir haben uns spontan entschlossen, mit einem Teil der Familie einen schönen Abend zu verbringen und im Garten zu grillen. Es gab Fisch (Pangasius), Fleisch, Ofenkartoffeln, und eine Knoblauch-Kräutersauce. Als Dessert hatten wir einen Zitronen-Frischkäse-Kuchen. Es war sehr lecker.

Yesterday was very nice weather and we've spontaneously resolved to spend a nice evening with a part of the family and have a barbecue in the garden. There was fish (Pangasius), meat, baked potatoes and a garlic-herbal sauce. For dessert we had a lemon cream cheese cake. It was very tasty.
