Today I have cooked again something tasty. Cut beef in pieces, sear, spice with pepper and salt and then take it out of the frying pan. Then cut the spring onions, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms in small pieces and sear them also for a short time, add truffle butter, cream, ground pepper, and sharp paprika. Allow to reduce a bit, refine with some white wine and at least warm up the meat once again for a shot time in the sauce. We had croquettes with it. For dessert we had strawberry cake which my honey has made.
