Gefüllte Ente - Filled duck
Gefüllte Ente, das war die Idee mitte der Woche - am Samstag haben wir sie dann mit einer leckeren Füllung für 3 Stunden im Ofen gebraten. Natürlich wurde sie immer wieder mit selbst gemachter Gemüsebrühe übergossen. Das war eine sehr schmackhafte Sauce. Dazu gab es natürlich auch selbst gemachte Semmelknödel.

Semmelknödel - ich liebe Semmelknödel seit meiner Kindheit. Leider gelingen sie mir nie. Deshalb muss mein Schatz mir hin und wieder welche machen, er hat da anscheinend mehr Talent dazu.
